Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will try to accommodate changes or cancellation. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Do you accept bulk school or office orders?
Yes. Share your requirement list on the Contact page — include quantities, brands if preferred, and delivery pincode. We will respond with availability and bulk pricing where applicable.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via Contact. Share your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Stationery items are generally non-returnable for change of mind once opened or used. Contact us if you received the wrong or defective item — we handle those cases under our Return Policy.
Do I need an account to shop?
